After a great year of the Brand growing in 2016 to 2017, the directors decided to look at new ways to promote the brand bigger and better than before.
With this they opened up a new Healthcare Division, so in February 2017 Chris Brown who has 10 years experience in Healthcare and Recruitment was brought in the business to develop this new and exciting new venturer for DMR.
In the last 12 months the Healthcare Division has gone from strength to strength and has brought in a good profitable business. From dealing with small organisation supplying Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to getting a nation account to supply staff nationwide.
At present the Healthcare Division is supplying around East Anglia and has built up a reputation that we are the leading agency of choice for supply. They have done this by quick fill rates and at reasonable cost to the client.
Chris has built up a good relationship over the last 12 months with various job centres which have assisted the division with sourcing candidates and providing a space for interviewing. To add to this DMR Healthcare is also working with the Department of Working Pensions to provide a permanent space to help with recruitment in various locations.
As a result of all the hard working good publicity that has been generated, DMR is the Agency to call when staff are needed across East Anglia.
Chris Brown would like to thank all of his hardworking candidates for the last 12 months and to push forward to keep the good reputation it has generated.
Moving forward into the next 12 months is going to be exciting as with new contracts in progress and the HUGE advantage that DMR Healthcare is now an NHS supplier for the South West.
